Silver Award for the Druckstudio Group in the category ‘Recycled Paper Printer of the Year’
The Druckstudio Group has been one of the leading printing and media service providers in the premium segment for many years – and this was confirmed once again in 2025. The company was delighted to receive a total of five awards at the Print&Media Awards.
We are particularly proud of the gold award in the category ‘Environmentally Oriented Company of the Year’, which recognises our consistent commitment to sustainable, resource-saving and certified production processes.
In addition, the Druckstudio Group was delighted to receive two bronze awards and two silver awards, including the silver award in the category ‘Recycled Paper Printer of the Year’. This award is a particularly significant success for us, as it reflects our ongoing work in the area of sustainability and environmental awareness.
This category recognises printing companies that stand out for their particularly high sustainability standards. The jury evaluates not only aesthetics and print quality, but also the willingness to use recycled paper and cardboard certified with the Blue Angel label in the production process.
The Druckstudio Group impressed the jury with the following projects:
• Neurosensitiv – The Magazine for Highly Sensitive People
For this magazine, our client placed great importance on environmentally friendly and sustainable production. The magazine was printed on recycled paper certified according to the strict criteria of the Blue Angel DE-UZ 195. In addition, the cover was finished with blind embossing, giving the magazine a special, sustainable charm.
• Yvonne Pferrer – Yabadu. Never grow-up
German actress and influencer Yvonne Pferrer, known for her travel documentaries, produced her new ‘travel guide’ without a publisher and marketed it through her own online shop. The book, which takes readers on a journey through seven South American countries, was also printed on recycled paper in accordance with the Blue Angel DE-UZ 195 criteria and produced in a climate-neutral manner. With high-quality thread stitching and a hardcover, the book is not only a sustainable product, but also a long-lasting companion.
• WWF Wildlife Calendar 2025
The exclusive wall calendar for members of the WWF Living Planet Club was printed on recycled paper in accordance with Blue Angel criteria DE-UZ 195. It features impressive photographs of wildlife from around the world and contains valuable information about the animals and the threats they face. The calendar is a perfect example of a successful combination of aesthetics, information and sustainability.
These five awards are impressive proof that the Druckstudio Group is not only one of the best in the industry in terms of print quality and innovation, but also in terms of sustainability.
A total of 25 awards were presented at the 2025 Print & Media Awards in 25 categories, honouring outstanding achievements in the printing industry. The award ceremony took place in Berlin and was hosted by well-known TV presenter Lea Wagner.
