Werner Drechsler, Managing Director of the Druckstudio Group, accepted prizes for the \u201cDelta Premiumkalendar 2014\u201d and the \u201cF. + J. Minthe | Sand- und Kieswelten\u201d photo calendar at the awards ceremony in Stuttgart on 23 January 2014. The judges singled out the interplay of originality and top production quality in both calendars.<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignleft size-thumbnail wp-image-639\" src=\"https:\/\/druckstudiogruppe.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2014\/02\/Medaille_Photo_Award_2014_ansicht_rgb-150x150.jpg\" alt=\"Medaille_Photo_Award_2014_ansicht_rgb\" width=\"150\" height=\"150\" srcset=\"https:\/\/druckstudiogruppe.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2014\/02\/Medaille_Photo_Award_2014_ansicht_rgb-150x150.jpg 150w, https:\/\/druckstudiogruppe.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2014\/02\/Medaille_Photo_Award_2014_ansicht_rgb-300x300.jpg 300w, https:\/\/druckstudiogruppe.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2014\/02\/Medaille_Photo_Award_2014_ansicht_rgb.jpg 400w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 150px) 100vw, 150px\" \/>A total of 47 awards were presented, including nineteen bronze, ten silver and six gold. The Druckstudio Group received the bronze gregor international calendar award for the \u201cDelta Premiumkalendar 2014\u201d. \u201cThe calendar was an impressive reflection of Delta\u2019s packaging expertise,\u201d was the judges\u2019 verdict. The assessment criteria included the functionality, originality, concept and design of the calendar. The high production quality was also decisive. The \u201cF. + J. Minthe | Sand- und Kieswelten\u201d photo calendar impressed with its combination of unique imagery, design and technical production, earning Druckstudio the distinction \u201cOutstanding photo calendar\u201d. \u201cThe skilful photography of the calendar highlights the particular attractions of industrial landscapes,\u201d said the judges.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cWe are very pleased about the two awards,\u201d said Werner Drechsler. \u201cPrinting is an essential part of the whole when it comes to calendar design and manufacture, and can produce impressive and distinctive results.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>The gregor international calendar award is one of the most important competitions in the print and media industry. Around 1,000 calendars in total were entered from Germany, the rest of Europe, Japan and Israel. The competition and the world\u2019s largest calendar exhibition are organised by the Baden-W\u00fcrttemberg Ministry of Finance and Economics, the Graphischer Klub Stuttgart e.V. and the Verband Druck und Medien in Baden-W\u00fcrttemberg. The Graphischer Klub Stuttgart first organised its renowned \u201cKalenderschau\u201d in 1950.
