The D\u00fcsseldorf-based Druckstudio Group has once again made it into the ranking of the top 100 employers in Germany. The company has been named one of \u201cGermany\u2019s Best Employers\u201d by the Great Place to Work Institute, thus underlining the company\u2019s continuing commitment to its employees. Dirk Puslat, Managing Director HR, accepted the award at the gala ceremony in Berlin, Germany, on 8 March 2012.<\/b><\/p>\n

\"6\"\u201cA company\u2019s most valuable asset is a workforce that feels involved, challenged and accepted. That is why we encourage staff motivation by ensuring a high degree of transparency, ongoing dialogue and corporate values that are put into practice on a daily basis,\u201d says Werner Drechsler, Managing Director of the Druckstudio Group. \u201cWe offer a clear corporate identity and a value-oriented corporate culture that focuses on people.\u201d Regular communication with all employees, a profit sharing scheme and a system of continuous training and qualification help boost employee motivation further still.<\/p>\n

Winning recognition as one of Germany\u2019s top 100 employers shows that the Druckstudio Group is on the right track with its concept of employee involvement and active corporate values. \u201cHowever, we will also use this award and the results of the evaluation as motivation to continue to improve our HR work,\u201d adds Drechsler. So far, Druckstudio is the only printshop in Germany to make it into the top 100.<\/p>\n

The assessment of the quality and appeal of companies is based first and foremost on anonymous employee surveys conducted by the Great Place to Work Institute Deutschland. Employees supply information on the credibility, respect and fairness of managers, on how they identify with the company\u2019s overall activities, and on the quality of teamwork at the company. The assessment also focuses on key workplace criteria such as recognition, remuneration, professional development and health care. It also hones in on the details of the companies\u2019 individual HR activities and style of leadership.<\/p>\n

A total of 100 companies of all sizes and in all industries and regions were recognised for their outstanding quality and appeal as employers. More than 400 companies throughout Germany took part in the benchmark analyses and underwent independent audits by the Great Place to Work Institute. The certificates were presented to the winning companies by former Federal Minister Peer Steinbr\u00fcck, patron of this year\u2019s gala event.<\/p>\n
