Druckstudio GmbH in D\u00fcsseldorf honoured for the second time in succession<\/strong><\/p>\n<\/div>\n

Druckstudio GmbH was once again voted one of Germany’s top 100 employers in 2009 \u2013 the second time the D\u00fcsseldorf-based company has won the Great Place to Work Institute’s coveted “Germany’s Best Employers” award. The presentation was made by German Labour Minister Olaf Scholz at a gala evening held at Berlin’s Ritz Carlton Hotel on 12 February 2009.<\/p>\n

\"Unbenannt-1\"<\/a>Numerous companies from a wide range of sectors were vying to be among “Germany’s Best Employers 2009”. Druckstudio GmbH in D\u00fcsseldorf made it into the top 100 for the second year in succession \u2013 the only print shop to do so since the competition started in 2002. The participating companies were primarily assessed based on an anonymous employee survey. This focused on the credibility and fairness of management, the degree to which employees identified with their particular work and the quality of teamwork at the company. HR managers at the companies also outlined their HR concepts and measures.<\/p>\n

This second award is confirmation of Druckstudio GmbH’s employee-focused corporate culture. Flexible working arrangements, a share in the company’s profits, transparency about business development and maximum staff involvement in the company’s affairs all play a key role in ensuring the high level of employee satisfaction. “We consider it extremely important that our staff feel involved, whether by putting forward ideas for new processing techniques or suggesting how we can make our production processes more environmentally friendly,” explains Managing Director Werner Drechsler. He is convinced that this type of personnel management is the right way to go. “A corporate culture that puts people first creates an enjoyable working environment that gets the best out of employees,” he concludes.<\/p>\n
